Tactical Sport Gel (34S)

Although we can’t imagine this scenario: If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return within 7 days after you have received the item(s). You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return to Core Tactics cost.

Apparel 

During 7 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the original invoice that comes with the shipment needs to be enclosed together with the returned products.

How to return:

1. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what’s wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.

2. Send an email to sales@coretactics.com.au containing the information as below
–> email title : your full name and what you are seeking –> Refund / Exchange / Claim e.g. Emily Davis – Exchange

–> content :  write a brief note to specify which item(s) and the issue(s)

–> personal detail : full name, contact number, posting address

3. Pack your garment in suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).

4. Please ship the items in the post to us, we’re not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. (If you live within Australia, we prefer you to use Australian Express Post to track the parcel).

Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. Unfortunately you cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you.

Any enquiry should be sent to sales@coretactics.com.au.  We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we’ll let you know if there’s anything we need to talk to you about.

Costs for return

Core Tactics is not responsible for shipping costs that may be incurred regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Core Tactics receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Hanbi.

Claims

If you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim please contact us at sales@coretactics.com.au. Refunds for claims have to be made within 7 days after you received your order. Core Tactics will of course pay for any additional postage charges.
